Required Fees Other Than Product Prices
If the payment is by bank wire transfer, the transfer fee will be charged to the customer.
Due Date of Payment for Products
If your payment is by bank wire transfer, please make a transfer within 5 days of receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
* Please note that if the transfer is delayed, the transaction may be canceled.
Please pay the transfer fee at the customer’s expense.
Procedure of Ordering
・Timing of delivery of product
We will usually ship it in about 2-9 days after ordering.
* If many orders are concentrated, or if there are consecutive holidays due to Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or our business holidays, it may take longer than usual to deliver. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
* Arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions or natural disasters.
* If you are not available on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave an absence notification and bring the product back. Please contact them as described on the notification and request the re-delivery.
・Custom-made Products
Some custom-made items may take about 40 days to arrive. If it takes more than that, we will contact you by e-mail in advance.
・Delivery to other than the buyer’s address is also possible
・The difference between the screen display and the actual product
The color and texture of the product posted on the website may be slightly different from the actual product, depending on the monitor environment, operation system, or version of the browser.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
・When the product arrives at hand, please check whether there is damage immediately.
・If there is damage during delivery or mis-shipping, please contact us within 5 days after arrival of the product. We will repair or replace it at our expense.
・If repair is not possible, or if it is not possible to replace sold-out products, discontinued products, limited items, etc., we will refund the product price and transfer fees after you return the product at our expense.
・We cannot accept returns and exchanges of products due to customer’s convenience. In addition, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Products that have passed more than 8 days after the arrival of the product.
・Products that customers have used once.
・Products that have been damaged or stained by customers.
・Products processed and repaired by customers.
・When accessories such as boxes, tags, and instructions of the product are damaged, stained, or lost.
・We will not accept the change to the product with prescription lenses or return of the custom-made items.
Before you order, please be noticed that we will not satisfy the claim for damages other than refund and exchange of defective products.
If you refuse to accept the product in case of cash on delivery, we will charge you the full cost of shipping.
